VISA : Visa issuance is at the discretion of consulate. In case of visa rejection or cancellation of the tour by the Pilgrim, INR 10’000/- will be deducted from the advance paid. Usually we receive visa just few days ahead of departure, by that time air tickets might have been issued. In that case cancellation policies of respective airlines will be applied when cancelling tickets due to visa rejections or tour cancellation. Total refund amount, if any, will be calculated after evaluating total irrecoverable expenditures and final size of the departing group.
AIRLINES : All Group Tickets are non-refundable. Each Airlines have their own sets of rules, regulations and cancellations policies which will be automatically activated at the time of cancellation of a ticket. We have no say in it. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in Government regulations, Ticket taxes etc charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. JAAS Travels will not be held responsible for the same. The cost of extension of validity of ticket, if possible, is not included in Tour price. JAAS Travels will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline.
FOOD & ACCOMODATIONS : A standard double room will be allotted for 2 passengers. USD 300 extra will be charged for single supplement. Standard check-in time for the hotels is 1400hrs while check-out is at 1200hrs. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers. JAAS Travels will not be liable for the same. Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la-carte is not possible. American breakfasts will be served throughout the tour. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
will be provided during this tour program. Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible, that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance.
INSURANCE : Without travel insurance we will not allow passengers to travel. Pilgrims will have to do the Travel/Medical Insurance by themselves. However we can help them to get insurance on additional cost. Please note in case of any claim, the first US $ 100 will be deducted by the Insurance company (standard clause) and the balance will be paid to you on receipt of proper bills. Please carry sufficient money for any emergency. No pre-existing diseases will be covered. Any insurance claim arising during the tour will be directly settled by the concerned party and Insurance Company. JAAS Travels is not responsible for the settlement of the Claim. None of the insurance company provides quarantine facility under their policy. In case if you need additional coverage kindly contact the Insurance Company.
GENERAL : JAAS Travels reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if the rate of exchange changes substantially prior to departure. Exchange rate for this quote is calculated 1 USD equal to or less than 80 INR. JAAS Travels reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure. Driver is only permitted to drive 8 hours in a day, therefore,a strict timing will be maintained to complete a day’s itinerary before driver exhaust his quota of the day. JAAS Travels shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tourarrangement. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger. The Passenger or Tour Group Organiser will take full responsibility to pay all fines & penalties that incur in case of any of the passengers overstays in the country of visit.
