You can cancel Your Booking by email and request for cancellation should receive our office by email from the person/representative of the person who made the booking.

Cancellation Charges

  • Up to 45 Days Prior to Departure - Service Charge of INR 1000.00 Per Person per Tour.
  • 44- 15 Days Prior to Departure – As per on hotel’s & DMC’s Cancellation Policies.
  • Within 14 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund

Supplement Cost

· Nathula pass (Monday & Tuesday closed): Rs.6500.00 per car It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir.

· Toy Train Joy Ride (Darjeeling) : Rs.1800/- (Ticket Price + Service charge + GST) Per Person on the day of Darjeeling local sightseeing + Rs.1500/- per vehicle car halting charges.

· Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) : Rs.3000.00 per car on the day of transfer from Gangtok to Pelling or vice versa.

· Budha Park : Rs.1200.00 per car on the day of transfer from Gangtok to Pelling or vice versa.

Nathula Pass: (We can not give you any guarantee for nathulla pass but we will try)

  • The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability.
  • Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday and Tuesday.Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It isclosed on Mon & Tue.NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be till Baba Mandir. In case the permit is available one can opt for the trip with the supplement cost
  • It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and passport size photograph & Sikkim Travel Card. (Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not considered as a valid ID proof). For above 05 yrs. child School ID card is valid.
  • Process for Foreigner, OCI & PIO Card holder are completely different, kindly inform us well in advance to plan out the itinerary accordingly.
  • As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permit are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest have to travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules :-
  • The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00AM to 12:30PM only. Guest have to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
  • In high season limited permit will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
  • Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
  • Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any other reason they can’t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.
  • In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the Department generally clubs small numbers with another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass. Now in this case it might so happen that the guests might have to leave their vehicle and board some other vehicle with other guests or other guests may join them in their vehicle or for groups and multiple cars it might so happen that the guests who has paid for certain number of vehicles might have to accommodate in lesser number of vehicles as per the instruction of the Permit Office at Sarathang (04 kms before Nathula Pass). In that case no refund would be applicable.

About Drivers & Vehicle

  • The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
  • We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
  • We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages.
  • Non a/c Wagon-R for 1-3 Pax including child.
  • Scorpio/Xylo/Innova for 6 pax including child.
  • If guests are booked for luxury vehicle, Scorpio/Xylo/Innova will be provided as per availability.
  • Maximum 06 heads are allowed in 01 Scorpio/Xylo/Innova including child. In case the number of heads traveling increases, then the guest will have to take another vehicle.
  • Most of the hotels do not have parking place & vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 5 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.
  • Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle & specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you.
  • In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic. Please coordinate with the driver.
  • For Luxury Vehicles :- Please note that this Luxury Vehicle (Scorpio/Xylo/Innova) will be provided to the guest for the complete tour. The vehicle changes every day/Sector wise & will be on contract as per the itinerary. This vehicle is not on disposal. Also while opting for Luxury Vehicle please informs the guest to travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be directly paid by the guest on the spot. Maximum 06 Heads (Including adult & children) will be allowed in a Scorpio/Xylo/Innova.AC of this luxury vehicle will only operate in plain & not in hills.
  • In case the guest is opting forScorpio/Xylo/Innova,inform the guest to travel with minimum baggage of one piece per person. In case of excess baggage, the guest will have to opt for an extra vehicle with an additional cost for carrying the excess baggage. The cost for this will be borne by guest directly.

About Transfers

  • All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate day light.
  • In unavoidable circumstances the guest may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost.
  • If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest the guest, considering their safety that they should stay back at the station. Our representative will meet and arrange their transfers at 6:00 a.m.
  • Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.
  • All transfers from Gangtok / Pelling / Darjeeling to onward destinations will be provided either in morning from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. or in afternoon from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m.

About Hotel

  • Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling isnot very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there isalways scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.
  • Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourne by the guest directly (Except at Premium+, Premium & Luxury categories)
  • Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
  • A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
  • For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
  • Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
  • In the area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.

General Information

  • Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive.
  • The tour executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
  • Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.
  • The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
  • We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
  • The region's prime tourist interest in its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.

General Rules

* The total cost quoted for this package may differ, if you take longer time to confirm it.

* The package is completely subjected to availability at the time of making the booking. We do not hold any booking.

* The Company will not be responsible for any Refund, Compensation or Claim for shortage of Tour Days or for Cancellation, Postponement, due to Pandemic, Fog, Curfew, Roadblock and Landslides or any kinds of natural calamities beyond our control. In such conditions, the Cancellation Policies and Cancellation Charges will be applicable as per the various agencies involved to execute this entire package.

* For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same.

* Program or tour can be changed or altered as per weather condition, landslides, any political issues, natural calamities etc. Our vehicle will not be allowed in those area where Union vehicle used for covering the sightseeing. This extra charge has to be paid by the guests directly

* There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc., not utilized on your tour.

* The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangements.

* All Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Delhi Only.
