DAY WISE ITINERARY
On arrival at Cochin, our representative assists to transfer you to the hotel booked for your stay. Check in at the hotel, freshen up and enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. After some time enjoy the city tour visiting to some of the prominent spots and attractions. Cochin is situated on the south-west coast of Indian Peninsula. It is known as the queen of the Arabian Sea and the Gateway to Kerala. Visit the Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, and St: Francis Church, Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, Visit Marine drive, St. George Church Edappally & Chinese fishing nets. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Cochin.
Cochin – Thekkady (160Kms/4 – 5Hrs)
After Breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed to Thekkady. Thekkady is otherwise known as Periyar Tiger Reserve. It is a unique preserved wildlife sanctuary. Here we can see the wild animals closely. Thekkady Spread over a picture-perfect landscape, it holds great opportunities for wildlife watching and photography. Check in to the hotel by noon. Afternoon visit Periyar Tiger reserve and overnight stay at Thekkady Hotel.
Thekkady – Alleppey (138Kms/4 – 5Hrs)
After Breakfast proceed to Alleppey. Check in at houseboat cruise. Alleppey is literally known as The Venice of East, just because of its location and indulgence of nature. The uncountable lakes and backwaters thrilled the town with experiences and joy. This place is usually washed by silver waves of Arabian Sea. The Kerala houseboats that cruise these emerald waterways are an improvisation on the large country barges. Modified to meet a novel concept of holidaying, the Kettuvalloms (Houseboats) are comfortably furnished with an open lounge, one or two bath attached bedrooms and a kitchenette, and are extremely ecofriendly, merging smoothly into the panorama. Alleppey – Kovalam
Morning after Breakfast depart for Kovalam Beach Tour, the journey takes around 4 hours to cover 210 Km. Kovalam Stands out in the Tourist Map of the Country due to its Prominent Beaches; Samudra, Hawah and Light House you can spend the whole Day in Kovalam, one of the best beaches in the country. Here you can taste both Kerala traditional cuisine and sea food while enjoying the natural beauty of god’s own country. Stay at Resort at Kovalam
Kovalam – Thiruvananthapuram (17 Kms/ 01 Hour)
Today After breakfast at Hotel and Drive to Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala. Afternoon visit some of the main places of visit like Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple and enjoy shopping at local markets. Return to Kovalam Hotel for overnight stay.
Kovalam – Kanyakumari
Enjoy your Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Kanyakumari. The journey takes around 2 hour 30 Minutes to cover 95 Kms. Kanyakumari the southernmost tip of India as well as the meeting point of three water bodies, Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal & Arabian Sea. Kanyakumari sightseeing places like Suchithram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, and Vivekananda Rock etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Kanyakumari – Rameshwaram (310 Kms/ 5-6Hrs)
Enjoy your Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Rameshwaram. By afternoon reach Puducherry, check in at the hotel, freshen up and enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. After some time proceed to visit the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple, dedicated to Lord Rama. This is one of the seven places in India where pilgrims pray for salvation. The place is unique with 22 holy springs and the longest corridor in India. Our next visit is to the five faced Hanuman Temple. The temple also has a floating stone outside the temple exhibiting the famous stories from the Great Indian spic, Ramayana. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Rameshwaram – Puducherry (431 Kms/ 8-9Hrs)
Enjoy your Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Puducherry. By afternoon reach Puducherry, check in at the hotel, freshen up and enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Enjoy your Breakfast at hotel, & proceed to visit Paradise Beach, Auroville, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Manakula Vinayagar Temple & the Basilica of the sacred heart of Jesus. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Puducherry – Mahabalipuram (96 Kms/ 2 – 2½Hrs)
Enjoy your Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Mahabalipuram. Reach Mahabalipuram, check in at the hotel, freshen up and enjoy leisure time at the comfort of your room. Visit Shore Temple, Mahabalipuram beach, Five Rathas, Krishna’s Butter Ball, Descent of the Ganges/Arjuna’s Penance. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Mahabalipuram – Tirupati (193 Kms/ 4 – 5Hrs)
Enjoy your Breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to Tirupati. Later, get ready for Darshan at Tirupati temple, also known as Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple. It is believed that this is the most- frequented pilgrimage destinations in the country. The ancient temple of Tirumala is placed on the top of a hill and is one of the richest temples in India. An incarnation of Lord Vishnu, Lord Sri Venkateshwara, who is also known as Balaji and Govinda, is the presiding deity of this temple. Have darshan and perform Pooja. The temple is also a wonderful piece of Dravidian style of architecture. It is the famous temples of Tirumala, including Padmavathi Temple. Overnight stay at hotel.
