VISA : Visa issuance is at the discretion of respective consulate. JAAS Travels does not guarantee any visa. Usually applied 4 months prior to the departure and personal visitation to the Visa Facilitation Centre is must to obtain bio-metric and cost of this visitation shall be borne by the passenger.
VISA DOCUMENTS (PRIMARILY):
§ Original passport & Original old passport (recent 2 expired passport if any).
§ Photocopies of Original valid passport (3 copies each).
§ Photocopies of Schengen Visa issue from 2005 onwards (2 copies) (if any).
§ Photocopies of valid USA and UK visa (2 each) (if any).
§ Any investment Fixed Deposit, Property papers, Mutual Funds, LIC, Shares.
§ 4 Schengen visa photographs (white background, Matt Finish, 80% face visibility, 3.5*4.5 cms)
§ Copy of Income Tax Return filing paper for last 3 years.
§ Bank statement for las 6 months.
VISA DOCUMENTS (SECONDARILY):
§ Leave sanction letter from employer mentioning the dates of leave sanctioned on company letter head. Also, Name, designation and signature of the authorized signatory should be there on the letter.
§ Salary slips of last 3 months.
§ Retirement Proof: - a) Retirement Letter Or b) Pension Book.
§ If the lady is married, then she has to take husband’s Notarized NOC.
§ If she is the widow, then death certificate from municipality must be attached.
§ If the female is minor (under 18 years) then she must take a Notarized NOC from her parents to travel.
§ If a person is Self Employed – Company registration Proof (incorporation certificate/ sales tax document) Or Partnership Deeds or Shop Establishment License.
§ If a person is a Farmer – Copy of Land Papers
AIRLINES : All Group Tickets are non-refundable. Each Airlines have their own sets of rules, regulations and cancellations policies which will be automatically activated at the time of cancellation of a ticket. We have no say in it. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in Government regulations, Ticket taxes etc charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. JAAS Travels will not be held responsible for the same. The cost of extension of validity of ticket, if possible, is not included in Tour price. JAAS Travels will not be liable in any loss of baggage by the Airline.
FOOD & ACCOMODATIONS : A standard double room will be allotted for 2 passengers. Standard check-in time for the hotels is 1400hrs while check-out is at 1200hrs. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers. JAAS Travels will not be liable for the same. Meals at all the destinations are pre-set and a-la-carte is not possible. American breakfasts will be served throughout the tour. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided during this tour program. Due to Trade
Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible, that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance.
INSURANCE : Without travel insurance we will not allow passengers to travel. Passengers up to 69 years will be provided insurance by JAAS Travels. We can provide insurance to the persons above 69 years on additional payment basis. Please note in case of any claim, the first US $ 100 will be deducted by the Insurance company (standard clause) and the balance will be paid to you on receipt of proper bills. Please carry sufficient money for any emergency. No pre-existing diseases will be covered. Any insurance claim arising during the tour will be directly settled by the concerned party and Insurance Company. JAAS Travels is not responsible for the settlement of the Claim. None of the insurance company provides quarantine facility under their policy. In case if you need additional coverage kindly contact the Insurance Company.
GENERAL : JAAS Travels reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if the rate of exchange changes substantially prior to departure. Exchange rate for this quote is calculated 1 Euro equal to or less than 91 INR. JAAS Travels reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure. Driver is only permitted to drive 8 hours in a day,
therefore, a strict timing will be maintained to complete a day’s itinerary before driver exhaust his quota of the day. JAAS Travels shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity which may occur in carrying out of the tour
arrangement. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger. The Passenger or Tour Group Organiser will take full responsibility to pay all fines & penalties that incur in case of any of the passengers overstays in the country of visit. GST & TCS as applicable extra.
